Maro Developments are proud to be lead sponsor of the Knowsley Business Awards having received the Regeneration Partnership of the Year Award in 2014 for the development of Matalan’s new £54m Head Office and Distribution Centre, facilitating its relocation to Knowsley Business Park.
We are proud to be a leading landowner and developer within the Halsnead Garden Village development, with over 30 acres of land designated for housing and over 20 acres of land designated for employment. The wider project will provide up to 1,600 homes and over 50 acres of employment land and we are proud to be leading the way with the first phases of both elements of this exciting landmark project.
In association with Bloor Homes we will deliver the first phase gateway into Halsnead Garden Village with the first homes due for completion during 2018.
We are also to deliver the first phase of the employment development to the South of the M62, marketed as Mercury 62. Our highly accessible site is located immediately off the Tarbock Island motorway intersection and offers flexible opportunities with a largest single unit scheme of up to 300,000 square feet.
