We are delighted to have secured this prestigious award and have worked hard to create a market leading practice in the Borough. We felt the Liverpool City Region and its commercial property market has been much maligned and overlooked in recent decades and there was an opportunity to fill a void in the provision of services within the City Region and in Knowsley. Following major investment in key infrastructure projects such as Liverpool 2, the new Mersey Crossing and the manufacturing success at Jaguar Halewood we were confident that the Liverpool City Region and its associated industrial legacy would benefit from this investment. We therefore saw an opportunity to re-dress this imbalance and provide a dedicated industrial agency practice in the Liverpool City Region, offering local advice from the ‘coal face’ whilst also providing a regional and national context. We have transacted over 1 million sqft in the past 12 months across the North West Region from our office on the East Lancashire Road. We would like to thank the Judging Panel for this award and trust we can build on this success in the forthcoming years.
