Business to Consumer Award
This award recognises the importance of Business to Consumer companies within Knowsley. Open to businesses in any sector who demonstrate service excellence in the delivery of services and or products directly to the end consumer. This includes nominations from retailers, restaurants, bars, cafés and businesses in the hospitality sector.
In shortlisting, judges will consider the evidence provided for the following:
What makes the business a success
Outstanding customer service and/or visitor experience
Market awareness including the service and/or product offer and how the business retains and attracts customers and/or visitors
Involvement with your local community
Workforce development and training
Demonstrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), for example the company’s impact on society, the environment (including net zero), and how transparent and accountable it is.
