Family Business of the Year

This award shines a spotlight on family run businesses based in Knowsley. Open to businesses with at least two family members in ownership or management roles for three or more years, it recognises those that combine strong family values with business success. Judges will be looking for evidence of growth, resilience, innovation, and a positive impact on the local community and economy.

In shortlisting, judges will consider the evidence provided for the following:

  • Strong Values & Culture – clear family values that shape how the business operates and treats customers, employees, and suppliers.

  • Long-Term Vision – focus on sustainable growth and future generations rather than short-term gains.

  • Strong Leadership – effective leadership that balances family involvement with professional management.

Simply select the category or categories most relevant to your business (up to a maximum of three categories), complete the relevant nomination form(s) and submit them, along with your short video clip (optional) by email to:
