Outstanding Employee Award

This award celebrates an exceptional employee whose dedication, ambition and achievements have made a lasting impact. It recognises an individual who has played a significant role in the success of their business, demonstrated outstanding personal and professional growth, and shown the drive, talent and potential to achieve even greater success in the future.  This award is open to Knowsley businesses and Knowsley residents.

In shortlisting, judges will consider the evidence provided for the following:

  • The nominee’s journey and achievements over the past 12 months, including how they have overcome challenges, demonstrated resilience, and shown exceptional commitment, drive, determination and enthusiasm. Judges will also consider how they have inspired or positively influenced others.

  • A commitment to continuous professional development, including a proactive approach to learning, developing new skills, and pursuing personal and career growth.

  • The added value they bring to the organisation, through qualities, skills or contributions that extend beyond the expectations of their role and are not defined within their job description or person specification.

Simply select the category or categories most relevant to your business (up to a maximum of three categories), complete the relevant nomination form(s) and submit them, along with your short video clip (optional) by email to:
