Tritax Big Box Developments (TBBD) is a Tritax Big Box REIT associated company dedicated logistics development. We specialise in identifying and securing strategic land, holding a 100% planning approval rate, and developing large-scale, best-in-class logistics facilities that meet the evolving needs of modern businesses.

We deliver millions of sq ft of high-quality, sustainable industrial and logistics warehouse space each year. We proactively manage our 100+ assets – from small to big boxes – using our sector specialism and deep market insights to stay ahead of trends and meet our clients’ evolving needs. Our approach is personal and hands-on, focused on leaving positive long-term legacies.

We are currently developing a 1 million sq ft employment park in Knowsley, which forms part of the Halsnead Garden Village Sustainable Urban Extension (HSUE). This represents part of the wider vision for the Halsnead Garden Village, one of Liverpool City Region’s most significant development sites, which will provide a major boost to the local economy. In partnership with The Land Restoration Trust, a 65-acre Country Park will also form part of the employment site.

Following the successful pre-let of Unit 01 (161,900 sq ft) to Yodel, we are delivering Unit 02 (272,000 sq ft) which is under construction and ready to occupy in the first quarter of 2025. Further design and build opportunities are also available.
