PLP
PLP is a specialist UK logistics and industrial property business that develops, manages and owns prime logistics real estate throughout the UK. Development land is acquired to develop industrial and logistics facilities on a speculative or pre-let basis and held within its own fund. PLP is owned by Ivanhoe Cambridge, Peel L&P, Macquarie Asset Management and its senior management team. 
PLP Knowsley is an 850,000 sq ft pre-let logistics development on a 37 acre site on Knowsley Business Park. It was completed in August 2022 and is now occupied by Amazon and operated as one of their large distribution centres.
