“I am delighted to win the Award for Employee of the Year. During my three years at HA Civils, I’ve been passionate about bridging engineering and sustainability to deliver innovative solutions, whilst championing greater representation for women in this sector. I hope the work I’m doing helps inspire future generations to see the opportunities and positive impact this industry can create.”
