Housing Development of the Year
Genr8 Kajima Regeneration Ltd
Genr8 Kajima Regeneration is a joint venture partnership delivering innovative town centre regeneration projects throughout the UK. We are working with aspirational public sector partners to procure complex mixed-use schemes alongside the Government’s levelling up agenda. We challenge the status quo, because innovation and progress depend on it, and we are passionate about making places in which people can flourish because we truly believe that people make the place.
Genr8 Kajima Regeneration Ltd are thrilled to have been given the opportunity to support the Knowsley Business Awards 2022. 2022 sees the awards return after an enforced absence of 3 years due to the global pandemic. It is an absolute honour and privilege for us to fulfil the role of Main Sponsor for what undoubtably will be a very special evening of celebration. There are so many success stories and achievements to celebrate this year, such is the vision, commitment, and resilience of Knowsley’s Business community. Genr8 Kajima Regeneration are proud to be associated with Knowsley and we wish all the shortlisted nominees every success, as you are all winners in your own right, and we look forward to celebrating with you all “.
We would also just like to congratulate Knowsley for the foresight of seeking food donations for the local foodbank from those of us attending the ceremony, food donations which will help those in need during the current cost of living crisis. If you are one of the 860+ attending on the night, please do bring what you can to support those that need it most.
