“As we continue on our road to recovery following the significant impact of covid, we are delighted to be able to return as a sponsor at one of the City Region’s biggest Business Awards events. These business awards recognise the amazing work being carried out by businesses here in Knowsley and it is fitting that the Airport is sponsoring this year’s International Trade Award.

The airport has come out of covid with a wider choice of airlines and destinations, growing in particular its global connectivity following the successful introduction of services by Lufthansa, Aer Lingus and Play Airlines. This now gives businesses across the City Region the opportunity to fly to a host of global destinations taking advantage of Liverpool’s faster, easier, friendlier airport experience and within easy, quick access for businesses in Knowsley.”
