Following a rebrand to Network Space in mid-2015 the company has restructured into three distinct yet complimentary business units: Investment, Development and Management. We will shortly commence with a new phase of speculative development called ‘Element’ at our Alchemy site off the A580 in Knowsley. This latest phase comprises 103,000 sqft of modern industrial warehouse space in three units between 22,900 and 45,450 sqft. Each unit is self-contained, features over-sized yards, 8-10 m minimum eaves height and in the case of the two larger units, benefit from dock level access.
