North Mersey Business Centre is a multi-award-winning centre with over 30 years’ experience in the commercial property lettings market, winning the Queens Award for Sustainable Development in 2009 and again more recently in 2015.
The centre offers both Office and Industrial space – with offices ranging from 129 sq. ft – 5,000 sq. ft and industrial units from 200 sq. ft – 2,000 sq. ft. The site boasts in-house meeting and conference facilities, with two small meeting rooms holding up to sixteen people to a large conference centre with seating for up to seventy. Other site benefits include an on-site café, 24-hour access, 24-hour manned security, free parking, business advice, full CCTV coverage and a postal/parcel service located within the main reception building.
