Team of the Year

The Team of the Year award recognises Knowsley businesses whose team ‘help to shape and contribute to the success’ of the business.  One that demonstrates exceptional communication and collaboration with shared beliefs, outstanding commitment, drive and enthusiasm that in turn has contributed to improved business performance and reputation over the last 12 months.  The winning team will be a diverse and supportive group of people working together with a shared belief and value system that delivers business objectives.

In shortlisting, judges will consider the evidence provided for the following:

  • Customer Focus – Delivered excellent service and improved customer satisfaction.

  • Business Impact – Delivered outstanding results and made a measurable contribution over the past 12 months.

  • Added Value – Demonstrated skills, innovation, and teamwork that improved performance or outcomes.

Entry is free.

Simply select the category or categories most relevant to your business (up to a maximum of three categories), complete the relevant nomination form(s) and submit them, along with your short video clip (optional) by email to:
