Team of the Year

The Team of the Year award recognises a team who ‘help to shape and contribute to the success’ of your business.  One that demonstrates exceptional communication and collaboration with shared beliefs, demonstrate outstanding commitment, drive and enthusiasm that in turn has contributed to improved business performance and reputation over the last 12 months.  The winning team will be a supportive group of people working together to effectively deliver the organisation’s strategic objectives.

In shortlisting, judges will consider the evidence provided for the following:

  • Contribution made to the company in the last 12 months

  • ‘Value added’ the attributes and skills that the team has brought to your business

  • Examples of ‘going above and beyond’ the job descriptions duties e.g. Has increased productivity, raised the company profile, overcome adversity, exceeded expectations.

  • Evidence of commitment to ongoing professional development

  • Commitment to promoting and supporting employees from under-represented and minority backgrounds.
