United in Diversity

This award recognises a business or individual who has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to advancing equality, diversity, and inclusion in Knowsley. It celebrates those who are creating opportunities, championing diverse talent, and making a meaningful difference to under-represented and minority communities through leadership, advocacy, business excellence, or community impact.

In shortlisting, judges will consider the evidence provided for the following:

  • Leadership and achievement – Evidence of exceptional personal, professional, or business success and the impact achieved over the last year.

  • Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion – Demonstrable actions that create opportunities and remove barriers for underrepresented and minority groups.

  • Inspiring growth and resilience – Examples of overcoming challenges, driving positive change, and inspiring others through leadership and determination.

Entry is free.

Simply select the category or categories most relevant to your business (up to a maximum of three categories), complete the relevant nomination form(s) and submit them, along with your short video clip (optional) by email to:
