We support around 260,000 people through our retailer network, suppliers and local businesses. At heart we are a British company, with two major design and engineering sites, three vehicle manufacturing facilities and an engine manufacturing centre in the UK. We also have plants in China, Brazil, India, Austria and Slovakia.

From 2020 all new Jaguar Land Rover vehicles will offer the option of electrification, giving our customers even more choice. We will introduce a portfolio of electrified products across our model range, embracing fully electric, plug-in hybrid and mild hybrid vehicles as well as continuing to offer the latest diesel and petrol engines.

The company’s Halewood Operations manufacturing facility in Knowsley produces award-winning Range Rover Evoque and Land Rover Discovery Sport vehicles. The site employs 4,000 people and has thousands of additional suppliers and contractors working onsite.

Halewood Operations has a wide-reaching CSR programme which aims to build and strengthen relationships with key business and community stakeholders, support local community initiatives and position the plant as the employer of choice. Each year, we welcome thousands of young people from across Merseyside and beyond to the plant to inspire the next generation of engineers. Our employees support various charities and community groups both in and outside work including our recent charity of the year, Charlies Chance Foundation.
