Phase 8 Development Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Knowsley Development Trust Ltd.
The company was set up last year as a construction business with the aim of specialising in existing and emerging timber frame technologies. A key objective of the company is to provide training and employment for youngsters who want to get in to the construction industry, but who may not have the prerequisite levels of qualifications to entitle them to join an apprenticeship.
Apart from tackling a major skill shortage area within the industry, Phase 8 Development Company has an ambitious plan to work on major regeneration programmes within the city region.
